Policy on children staying with parents:
- 2 children under the age of 12 years can can share the room with their parents or guardian using the same bedding configuration for no extra charge.
- In any circumstances where a rollaway bed is required, the extra person charge will apply.
- Infant cots are provided free of charge.
- Meals for children under 12 years of age will be 50% of the adult meal rate.
Cancellation Policy:
- cancellations received less than 30 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure
- in addition to the above charges being levied by Botaira Resort, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
